DE-176 Automatic Paste/Jam Filling Machine

This machine is suitable for filling semi-liquid products without or with small particles: such as honey, fruit jam, butter, olive oil, tomato sauce, peanut butter, chocolate paste, shampoo, body wash, liquid detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc.

2. Adopts positive displacement plunger pump for filling (when the filling volume difference is large, the corresponding pump body needs to be replaced), can do overall adjustment of all the pumps, can also do slight adjustment of a single pump, quick and convenient.
3. PLC Control system, color touch screen display, filling volume can be adjusted directly on touch screen, easy to operate.
4. The machine comes with heating and stirring system, so that make the product more uniform, better mobility, easy to fill.
5. Has function of no bottle no filling, frequency control, automatic counting.
6. Machine shell is made of 304 Stainless Steel.
